Roth's House doesn't have a parking. Being in the heart of the city, parking may be a little adventure, but not a lost cause.

Please follow these rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and building! You can smoke in the yard.
A 500 lei fee will be applied if you smoke inside.

Your room is self catering! Also, we are not a restaurant.
We know that you are a civilized person, so we expect you to wash your dishes and put all garbage in the inside bins, not all around the room.
We can do this for you for a 150 lei fee.

We love pets. As you are a responsible owner, we expect that:
- you will bring one pet only
- you will never leave your pet alone, unattended, in the room. This is a safety issue for your pet and for us: in case of emergency, or for maintenance, our staff may enter in the room; then, your pet might attack our staff, or it can flee/ escape.
- you will not feed your pet from the dishes/ bowls inside the studio. Please bring it's own.
- you will not "walk" your pet inside the house/ yard.
As you know, a 50 lei one-time-fee (per stay) is applied for extra cleaning.
