Get in the yard and go forward till you reach the stairs getting to the superior floors on the ->RIGHT-> side. The stairs doesn't have a door behind.

Get on 1st floor.
Your studio is on the  <- LEFT <- side

Keys are in the lockbox. Slide down the black cover to reveal combination.
The code is 2212.
After entering this combination, push down the black buton and open the box. ​

Please follow some rules:

Please do not smoke inside the building, rooms or bathroom! A 100 euro fee will be applied! 

---

The apartment is self-catering. Please keep it normal clean, wash your dishes, put all trash in the trashcan, and bring your excesive garbage at the bin next to the gate and, at departure, leave it in normal conditions. Please report all damages. You don't need to clean or make your beds.
Please note, a 30 euro extra cleaning fee will be applied if you will leave it excesive dirty or if you don't wash your dishes.

No parties are allowed
​Please respect quiet hours between 21:00  and 08:00.

Pets are not allowed.

At departure (not later than 11:00), please leave the keys in the same box you've find them, and scramble the combination.
