Get in the yard and go to the second door on your left (apt. 12). On the right side of the door, there is a small key safe box. Please slide down the black cover to reveal keypad. The cobination is 0099. Push down the black lever to open the box (the box drawer tilts to front). The keys are inside.
Please use the key to open the lock below.
